Nathan is an accomplished lawyer specializing in corporate and transactional work. Nathan has been practicing law for the past 3.5 years and played an instrumental role as a consultant in the passage newly enacted MMA statue in Illinois unifying the rules. Nathan has drafted all of the contracts for Extreme Challenge, LLC and Extreme Challenge Management, serving as Monte Cox’s MMA legal advisor for the past 12 months.

Nathan was recently nominated as a top 40 lawyer under 40 to watch in The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin for 2009.
