On May 22, Michele “Diablita” Gutierrez will compete in her 2nd MMA fight against Shimone Brooks at the MMA Xplosion promotion at “The Joint” inside Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
An undefeated professional boxer making the transition to MMA, Michele has earned a spot as the only female fighter on the renowned Wand Fight Team, run by MMA legend Wanderlei Silva. “I love, love, love MMA and I am working everyday to round out my game with my coaches”, Gutierrez tells us, “I have good hands and feel I can win on my feet against any girl in my weight class and I am very happy with how my ground game is coming along.”
