Well the countdown is on and I am in full training mode again. Ill be doing my video diary here again leading up to my fight with Mizugaki on August 9th. Thanks for all your support and keep checking back!

Thanks guys! I am really trying to spend some of my rest time working on blogs. And it’s not a problem for my focus on the fight as i am trying to do somthing that is new and fun for myself rather than just office work that brings me stress. Stay tuned and I will be letting you in, behind the scenes, as long as my boys keep the camera rolling..

I just dropped Marcelo Garcia off at the airport and really enjoyed and appreciate all the time with him this past week. He is a good friend and will be a great help for me in the next fight. I have some good things to work on and to keep developing. I love this sport and I love Jiu-Jitsu in general. I can’t wait to fight. For the next two weeks I will be preparing video blogs (Vlogs as i guess they are called) and i am doing all the editing myself. I bought a camera, i got my MAC and I am enjoying it. I have too much office stress and this seems like a good alternative when i need a change of pace. More to come!

Bad decision!! Judges sucked tonight. Both Curran and Massouh got screwed big time. Sorry…..just the facts.

Almost finished it with that triangle, just ran out of time. Really thought you had this one. Seemed to edge him on the stand up, and totally controlled, neutralized, and attacked him on the ground. I’m sure you will be the first to admit though, never a good idea to let it fall into the eyes of the refs, but who knows what they were watching tonight.

I’m so sorry to hear of another loss. You must not give up though. Its FUBAR that you came so close to finishing at the end of round two and just ran out of time…thats so annoying!! I’ve heard other people say that they thought that fight could have been scored eitherway…guess thats why it was a split decision. Bounce back Jeff!

Horrible decision! Frank Mir saw it Jeff’s favor too. Not sure what these judges saw.
