IGOR SET TO BATTLE IN PUERTO RICO

Igor “The Legend” Almeida (6-1-0) will return to the cage in Puerto Rico on Friday night against the undefeated Kenny Robertson (8-0-0). Igor has not fought since his loss to TUF11 cast member Kris McCray. “Part of the reason for the long lay of is because I was a finalist in the casting process for TUF11 myself so I had to wait it out”, said Almeida, “I want this so bad, I just want to fight as much as I can now.”
Almeida will drop to welterweight for this fight, something he has not done since early in his amateur career.
